The Tin Soldier Collection Company is a family owned business located in the province of Quebec, Canada. We are a full 100% Internet reseller an authorized distributor of toy soldiers and historical miniatures. We offer the finest high quality historical figures, military miniatures, and toy soldiers available and welcome advice requests from anyone desiring to start or complete a collection.

Customer Service is Our Priority! Our policy is to offer the best products, best service and most of all, the timeliest responses possible. Although things do go awry even with the best of intentions, we make every effort to rectify any problems that arise. High volume sometimes delays shipments and responses to questions but we do our best to respond to your inquiries as fast as possible.

Our Mail order Policy

We have attempted to offer a wide variety of types and makes of toy soldiers and figures. Please keep in mind that many of the products we carry come from small independents that hand-make and paint each set or figure to order. This can understandably incur delays in the shipment of an order. In the event that an item is out of stock we will automatically place it on back order and send you a card notifying you of the reason for the delay. With orders of multiple items we generally ship in-stock items immediately. We keep all back orders active for 90 days and send the item post-free within that time period or refund/credit you at the end of the 90 days. If you do not wish us to back order out-of-stock items please notify us upon receipt of our card or at the time you place the order.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE: Price changes will generally be quoted at the time of shipping and customers are automatically given the option of returning all goods which have been re-priced if they have not been notified in advance.

How to order Online

Use our secure online shopping cart to order online using your Credit Card. We accept VISA MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal, Money Order (by mail of by Fax) Certified Check, Personal Check for Quebec only. Your credit card is billed unless we have the item in stock and it is ready to ship. If an item is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be billed until ready to ship. Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Back Order

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Your credit card will not be billed until the item is ready to ship.  

Pre-Orders

You can reserve limited editions and new pieces and have them shipped as soon as they are available. 50% of the amount of the pre order will be required to pre order. The last 50% of the amount will be paid when the product will be ready to ship at your address. Special Orders Some items on our site are only available via special order, please email us for details. 50% of the amount will be required to special order. Guarantee

All of our products come with a 15-days total satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. You can paid in US dollars ,Canadian dollars, Euro and Sterling Pounds for UK By Mail If you prefer, place your order by mail and pay, check, or money order. Please note that if paying by check, banks often impose a 21-day waiting period for checks to clear. The order is shipped as soon as the check clears. We recommend money order. We didn’t accept credit card orders by FAX. Please print a copy of our Mail Order Form (shopping cart listing ) and FAX it to the following number: (450)-778-3757 We send order receipt confirmations to all faxed orders. Order Acceptance We reserve the right to decline any order. If an order is placed and there is a description or pricing error, we will email you within 24 hours to advise you of the error and to offer a resolution to the problem.
